LINISTRESS® Duo is a food supplement made up of 2 components:
- LINISTRESS® Duo/Relaxation – combination of plant extracts,
- LINISTRESS® Duo/Sleep – melatonin

Properties:
- the unique sum of standardized natural active principles
- synergistic effect between valerenic acid, rosmarinic acid and vitexin
- innovative product: two components in one (calm and sleep)
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) has sedative and anxiolytic effects. It contains four distinct classes of phytochemical components: volatile oils, sesquiterpenes (including valerenic acid and hydroxyl and acetoxyl derivatives), valepotriates, and volatile pyridine alkaloids.
The passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) increases the level of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, and the latter decreases the activity of some brain cells and thus produces a calming/relaxing effect.
Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) is a help for people who have difficulty falling asleep, wake up shortly after falling asleep or have restless and restless sleep.
Rosemary (Melissa officinalis L.) through its rosmarinic acid induces relaxation in the brain and reduces anxiety.
The main function of melatonin is to regulate the biorhythm. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviating sleep disorders (especially those caused by time zone changes). In addition, melatonin:

- influences the production process of other hormones in the body;

Administration method:
Recommended daily portion for adults:
LINISTRESS® Duo/Relax: 1 capsule, before the evening meal.
LINISTRESS® Duo/Sleep: 1 capsule, before bed.
Swallow the capsules whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Active ingredients/tablet:
One LINISTRESS Duo/Relaxation capsule contains:
- 70 mg of dry hydroalcoholic extract from Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis), with 0.8% valerenic acid
- 40 mg extract from Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnate)
- 25 mg extract from hop cones (Humulus lupulus)
- 25 mg of lemon balm flower extract (Melissa officinalis)
One LINISTRESS Duo/Sleep capsule contains:
- 1 mg melatonin.
