Properties:
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the maintenance of mental health, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to normal energy metabolism.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscular system and to maintaining the health of the bone system. Magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis and the process of cell division. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Recommendations:
- significant mental activity, distressing lifestyle;
- insufficient intake of magnesium due to an unbalanced diet (e.g. strict diet, diet);
- increased physical activity, for example in athletes.

Administration method:
For adults 1 film-coated tablet per day. Preferably administered after meals, with plenty of liquids. If necessary, the film-coated tablets can be divided.
Warnings:
Do not consume in case of severe renal insufficiency. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption! Keep out of reach and sight of small children! Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
