Natural manganese is an important trace element for the body, especially due to its beneficial effects on memory and for removing the feeling of fatigue. Also, manganese helps to fix calcium and iron in the body, aids digestion, accelerates combustion and has a particularly important role in the activity of the endocrine glands, but also in the sexual one.

Administration method:
1 capsule per day. For special situations, on the doctor's recommendation, 1 capsule 2 times a day.
