Herbs Spleen herbal mixture according to Father Klimuszko's recipe 350g
Ingredients in equal proportions:
Angelica root – Archangelica officinalis
Common nettle leaf – Urtica dioica
Sand helichrysum inflorescence -Helichrysum arenarium
Common chamomile - Matricaria chamomilla
St. John's wort - Hypericum perforatum
Celandine – Chelidonium majas
Fennel fruit - Foeniculum vulgare
How to use: Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day, before meals. Pour boiling water over a spoonful of herbs and steep, covered, for at least 30 min.
