Properties :
- contributes to reducing the time needed to sleep;
- the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consuming 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed;
- contributes to alleviating sleep disorders;
- the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg used before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.

Active ingredients per capsule:
Melatonin 3 mg.

Ingredients:
Loading agent: lactose monohydrate; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose and corn starch; capsule: gelatin; anti-caking agents: talc and vegetable magnesium stearate; melatonin.

How to use:
One capsule a day, used 30 minutes before going to bed, with an appropriate amount of liquid.
