St. John's wort is a plant widely distributed throughout the world. It is found naturally in North Africa, Western Asia, South America and Europe. It is common in Poland and grows mainly in well-lit places. We harvest bellflowers at the beginning of April. Its name comes from the bubbles containing essential oils that look like holes when held up to the light.
Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of herbs with a glass of hot water. cook covered for 5-10 minutes.
To keep in a dry and cool place.
