The package contains 2 types of capsules:
60 million capsules containing myo-inositol and N-acetyl-L-cysteine,
30 Hashin capsules containing selenium, vitamin D, thiamin vitamins and standardized plant extracts of Indian frankincense, small leaf bacopa and mountain rose.
MioHashin capsules contain myo-inositol, which has a beneficial effect on hormonal balance and tissue sensitivity to insulin. Insulin resistance is also counteracted by N-acetyl-L-cysteine. Recommended dose:

Consuming excessive amounts can have a laxative effect. In this case, you should consume the capsules at a longer time interval.
