Recommended daily dose
In the first 3-5 days, take 2 capsules 3 times a day before meals, drink with a sufficient amount of liquid, then 1 capsule 2-3 times a day before meals. For a more pronounced effect, we recommend the simultaneous restriction of a high-energy diet and more exercise.
