Naturell Brain is a food supplement for children over 3 years of age and adults. It comes in the form of gel capsules filled with fish oil containing valuable EPA and DHA acids and evening primrose oil containing GLA acid.

Omega-3 acids play many important roles in the human body, just like omega-6 acid (GLA), they are not synthesized by the human body and must be supplied with food.

Naturell Brain contains a large amount of omega-3 acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) combined with omega-6 acid: gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), in a quantitative ratio of 9:3:1, respectively.

The source of omega-3 acids (EPA and DHA) in the Naturell Brain product is high-quality pelagic fish oil (sardines, anchovies and mackerel or their combination, caught in the South Pacific, from sustainable fisheries), i.e. oily marine fish.

GLA (omega-6 acid) comes from cold-pressed evening primrose seed oil. The GLA from this plant source is characterized by a good degree of absorption and utilization by the body.
