Description
Naturell Ester-C ® Plus is a food supplement that is a combination of 500 mg of vitamin C in the patented form of Ester-C ® and natural ingredients of plant origin, such as a complex of citrus bioflavonoids obtained from the Chinese orange ( Citrus sinensis ), acerola extract ( Malpighia punicifolia ), wild rose extract ( Rosa canina ). The formula has been supplemented with the addition of rutin from the fruit of the Japanese sophora ( Sophora japonica ).
Properties of vitamin C Ester-C ® Plus
The Naturell preparation uses a non-acidic source of vitamin C, i.e. calcium L-ascorbate in the patented Ester-C ® form, with high bioavailability and prolonged action in the body. The fully calcium-buffered ingredient has been shown to have a neutral pH of 6.7, making it gentler on the stomach compared to L-ascorbic acid. Buffered vitamin C helps reduce the impact of its acidity on the digestive tract.
Vitamin C is known for its properties to support the proper functioning of the immune system. This action is complemented by wild rose. At the same time, vitamin C helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.
