Ingredients :
600 mg alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid), bulking agents (isomalt and croscarmellose sodium), 100 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sequestering agents (povidone, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polysorbate), anti-caking agents (anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, dibehenate of glycerol, talc and magnesium stearate), glazing agent (polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, macrogol, talc, yellow iron oxide).
- Alpha lipoic acid is a fatty acid that is naturally found in every cell of the body and has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier to the brain.
- Alpha lipoic acid is involved in the conversion of blood glucose into energy.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bone system, ligaments, gums, teeth and skin. This contributes to maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercises, to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the immune system, to maintaining mental health, to protecting cells against oxidative stress, to reducing fatigue and exhaustion and increases iron absorption.
The human body is not able to produce vitamin C, for this reason an external supply is necessary.
