Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - organic compounds of natural sulfur. It is found naturally in small amounts in fresh fruits, vegetables, some grains and milk, but is mainly taken as a supplement to obtain higher doses. It is also present in our body, where it plays a role in the synthesis of collagen and keratin - proteins that are crucial for the health of joints, skin, hair and nails.

Ingredients: Sulfur (methylsulfonylmethane) /OptiMSM®/ 99.9%, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide 0.1%, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Daily serving: 2 g (1/2 spoon) daily, mixed in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. To be consumed once a day, preferably 30 minutes before the meal.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Intended for people over 18 years old. It is not recommended to be administered to children, pregnant and lactating women.
Storage: Store in a closed container at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
