How to use Ovobiovity : Shake before use.

Portion of Ovobiovita for preventive purposes: 15 ml per day (1 spoon), in the morning before the meal.

Portion in conditions of increased body load, exhaustion or excessive weakness (for example, after illness or severe therapy): 30 ml per day of Ovobiovity (2 spoons), in the morning, before meals.
