Dosage
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass with 200 ml of water. The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets.
Warning
- The product contains caffeine (56 mg in daily dose), therefore it is not suitable for children and pregnant women
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 effervescent tablets)
- Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet
- Keep in a dry place, out of the reach of children

Citric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, flavoring, vitamin C, nettle leaf extract, caffeine, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, vitamin E, coloring: riboflavin 5'-phos.
