Method of preparation:
Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot and add the pasta when the water boils. For an al dente texture, let the pasta cook for 7 minutes. or continue until 9 min. if you prefer them better done.
You can use Republica Bio pasta with sauces, salads, soups or side dishes.
