Ingredients:
Uridine 5-monophosphate sodium 61 mg, Ginseng extract 60 mg, magnesium, niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6, thiamin (vitamin B1), folic acid, vitamin B12.

• Uridine monophosphate is a nucleic acid with a role in many different neuroregulatory processes:
• Participates in improving central synaptic function
• Increase in the number of axons and dendrites, being one of the most important components of RNA (ribonucleic acid)
• Helps improve short- and long-term memory, attention, emotional state, movement control and muscle tone
• One of the elements necessary for the formation of the cell membrane
• Involved in rebuilding the myelin sheath (covers axons that transmit electrical impulses)

When the myelin sheath is damaged, the neuron no longer functions normally and various neurological symptoms can occur, including back pain, cervical trauma. Pain is a manifestation of peripheral nervous system disorders.
Ginseng extract contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity and normal blood circulation.
Vitamins from group B (B1, B3, B6, B12) support the proper functioning of the nervous system, contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism, including in nerve cells.
Folic acid: participates in the synthesis of amino acids and therefore important molecules for cells, contributes to the process of cell division.
Contains no sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Mode of administration:
1 capsule per day, swallowed whole. For an optimal effect, long-term consumption (3 months) is recommended. After a month's break, consumption can be resumed.

Warnings and precautions:
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People with diabetes should monitor their blood sugar levels (may lower blood sugar). If surgery is required, use should be discontinued at least 2 weeks prior. It is used with caution and under medical supervision during treatment with anticoagulants. Due to the Ginseng content, it is not recommended for people with autoimmune diseases. In the first days of use, it can affect the pulse and blood pressure can increase.
