Thanks to the four different attachments (ball head, spiral head, U-shaped head and flat head) for individual use, as well as the five intensity levels, the massage gun quickly soothes and relaxes tired muscle groups. The LEDs on the device indicate the intensity level and the battery level.

Four different massage attachments and five intensity levels provide a powerful and soothing muscle massage for legs, calves, shoulders, arms and various areas of the back (except the spine). Targeted application has an activating and regenerating effect on affected muscle areas.

Correct use of the massage gun

Turn on the massage gun before applying it to the body. When the gun is turned on, gently place it on the spot you want to massage. If the intensity mode seems too soft or intense, choose another mode. Do not press on the gun, it should "float" on the skin. Move the gun slowly along the muscle. (1 second = approx. 3 cm section). You should massage a spot for at least 30 seconds. If you want to "break" a muscle knot or stiff area with a massage, hold the gun on that spot a little longer (about 5 seconds) and then keep moving. Remember to breathe calmly and deeply during the massage.
