Ingredients (INCI):
Bacopa monnieri powder.

Properties:

How it is used in cosmetics:
- in the form of a skin mask, mix with warm water or floral water to form a paste that is left to act on the skin for approx. 10 minutes, then rinse;
- in the form of a hair mask, mix with warm water in the right amount to form a soft paste that is applied to the scalp and hair, massage a little, let it act for approx. 20 minutes after which rinse with plenty of warm water;
- as a skin or hair mask, it can be combined with other Ayurvedic powders and ingredients chosen according to the purpose of the treatment;
- half a teaspoon mixed in the tampon portion for a hair wash;
- prepared as a 10% aqueous maceration for 24 hours or as a 15-minute infusion; it can be used as such on the skin/scalp in the form of a lotion or it can be included in the aqueous phase of an emulsion/cream, in a cleanser, toner or tampon (the maceration must be used immediately or it must be preserved and kept in the refrigerator);
- prepared as a 10% oily maceration for 24-48 hours, which can be used as such in the form of a facial serum, body/hair oil, nail serum or as an ingredient in the oily phase of an emulsion.
