What is sulforaphane?
Sulforaphane is an organic sulfur compound belonging to isothiocyanates. Its natural source is all types of cruciferous vegetables - cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale and cauliflower. However, it is most abundant in broccoli, where it is considered a particularly valuable ingredient for health.
Broccoli sprouts. Best source of sulforaphane.
It is believed that the most sulforaphane is found in broccoli, but only its sprouts are a real treasure of this valuable ingredient. The sulforaphane content of broccoli sprouts can be up to 30 times higher than in a mature plant! In addition to sulforaphane, sprouts are also rich in many vitamins (vitamins A, C, E, K and B) and trace elements (iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and manganese), as well as a number of other important nutrients such as coenzyme Q10, carotenoids or fiber. For this reason, it is worth including them in your daily diet.
It does not contain ingredients of animal origin, which makes it a suitable product for vegans. The product does not contain artificial technological additives, preservatives or colorings.
