Ingredients: humectant: glycerin, ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), water, stabilizer: soy lecithin, nicotinamide (niacin), sodium selenate (IV) (selenium).

No added alcohol. The product is gluten-free, non-GMO, free of lactose, cow's milk protein, yeast, gelatin, preservatives, colors and artificial flavors.

Recommended Daily Dose: Once a day, apply 5 pumps full of Quinomit Q10® Selenium liquid to the tongue and allow to absorb.
