Properties:
Beneficial in removing kidney stones. Good adjuvant in certain kidney diseases. Beneficial action on the pancreas and urinary tract inflammations. It stimulates gastric, intestinal, pancreatic secretions. Activates blood circulation with release of histamines.

Composition:
Stinging nettle leaf extract (nettle dioica) 350 mg/cps. Excipients: corn starch, micron silica gel.

Action:
Nettle extract is recognized for its diuretic, anti-anemic, hemostatic, anti-allergic and anti-diabetic properties. It can be a good adjuvant in certain kidney ailments, nettle being beneficial in removing kidney stones

Mode of administration:
1-3 capsules/day, before meals, for at least 3 months.

Precautions:
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Store in the original packaging, at room temperature, in dry places and away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the diuretic action, prolonged use of nettles can lead to an electrolyte imbalance. Breastfeeding women should not consume stinging nettles, and people who consume them regularly should ensure that their diet contains enough potassium. Some laboratory studies have shown that stinging nettle can cause the uterus to contract, so pregnant women should also avoid its consumption. We also recommend specialist consultation before self-administering any herbal preparations. No other side effects were observed. It is recommended to use for a long time. Positive effects can be seen after a minimum of 3-6 weeks.
