Vitamin A or Retinol and its derivatives - are one of the most powerful active ingredients for the fight against photo-induced aging. Depending on its concentration, between 0.1 and 0.5% and on the different types of skin sensitivities, treatments can be adjusted taking into account doses and application times. Retinol itself is photosensitive, so it must be applied in the evening and always apply a sun protection product the next morning.

Lactic acid - is an alpha hydroxy acid that is part of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF). It is obtained by bacterial fermentation of glucose (yes, despite its name, this acid is vegan) and is mainly used to remove dead cells, remove impurities and improve skin texture. (The most active PH is 3.8). Visibly favors skin regeneration, reduces pigment spots, fades expression wrinkles, as well as the first signs of aging.

Although it depends a lot on the concentration, Niacinamide is an ingredient that has no side effects, but there are also skin types that do not tolerate it.

Vitamin E - is an antioxidant that protects the skin from oxidation and premature aging caused by free radicals. Free radicals are produced in different situations, such as exposure to the sun, pollution or tobacco. Avocado, papaya, olive oil, chickpeas or nuts are foods rich in Vitamin E.
