Recommended dosage
Adults 1 tablet every other day, with intense sunbathing 1 tablet a day after a meal, drink with a sufficient amount of liquid. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
