Way of ussage:
It is applied on the skin, on the pulse points on the body. Pulse points are the points on the body where there is a higher degree of skin sensitivity. The pulse points can be found on the ankles, behind the knees, on either side of the pubic bone, on the inside of the elbows, on either side of the neck, on the wrist, in the temple area, in the area between the breasts or in the area between the thumb and index finger.
