Saffron and lavender FOR SLEEP is an innovative, advanced formula with 8 active ingredients: natural plant extracts and melatonin. The preparation is recommended to facilitate falling asleep, to reduce tension and stress, as well as to relax and improve the quality of sleep. It does not contain unnecessary artificial additives such as dyes and preservatives. Contains melatonin and standardized, high-quality natural extracts.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha extract - Withania somnifera, standardized to min. 7% withanolides, hydroxypropylmetholcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), lavender extract (Lavandula angustifolia), valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis) standardized to valeric acid min. 0.8%, saffron extract (Crocus sativus L.) standardized to min. 0.5% safranal, lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis), hawthorn extract (Crataegus oxyacantha) standardized to a minimum of 5% flavones, acacia fibers (Acacia seyal), melatonin. Ingredients only of vegetable origin. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Daily portion: 1 capsule a day before going to bed, with water.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. When using the preparation, you may feel sleepy, which leads to a decrease in concentration, which may affect the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
