Way of ussage:
Remove the compress from the storage holder and apply the gel side directly to the nipple.
Before breastfeeding, remove the compress and gently clean the area of the nipple where residues have remained.
Do not apply the compress over the nipple cream.
Store the compresses in the refrigerator for an additional cooling effect.
The compresses can be reused for up to 72 hours if they are kept in the storage holder.
