Ingredients: common chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla L. flos), yarrow grass (Achillea millefolium L. herba), rush plant (Solidago virgaurea L. herba), common nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L. folium), flower arnica (Arnica monana L. flos), preservative: potassium sorbate, solvent: glycerol, water.

How to use:

Adults: 40 drops 2 times a day (2x 2 ml each) 30 minutes before meals.

Children over 3 years: 2x a day, 20 drops (2x 1ml) 30 minutes before meals.
