Properties:
- StrataXRT® 20g is a flexible dressing for wounds, used on the compromised skin of patients undergoing radiotherapy treatments;
- it is a semi-occlusive, transparent self-drying gel;
- dries to form a thin, flexible dressing that hydrates and protects the affected areas;
- it has no measurable pH value, so it does not affect the fragile acid mantle of the skin;
- helps promote a moist healing environment for superficial wounds and burns on a large scale;
- is a self-drying, non-sticky, transparent gel formula that easily binds to the most superficial damaged skin layer;
- this moisturizing wound healing medium promotes faster re-epithelialization and significantly reduces the acute inflammatory skin response seen with both dry and wet desquamation from radiation dosing and first and second degree burns;
- In dry desquamation, StrataXRT® protects the fragile epidermis and maintains the integrity of the skin, preventing the outermost layers from swelling;
- In moist peeling, StrataXRT® protects the dermal stroma from long-term damage while optimizing the environment for the healing process and reducing the risk of infection.

Way of ussage:
StrataXRT is used to relieve moderate inflammation associated with dry, itchy, scaly, and irritated skin.
In the case of severe inflammatory conditions, the use of StrataXRT reduces pain, erythema and calms the exposed skin areas.
StrataXRT has been developed for use on all types of radiodermatitis, toxic and compromised skin, superficial wounds and burns, including those resulting from:
• Radiotherapy
• 1st and 2nd degree burns.
StrataXRT can be applied to superficial wounds, burns and areas where skin integrity has been compromised;
It can also be used together with other treatments to improve the overall outcome of the therapy;
It does not contain alcohol, parabens or perfume, it is transparent and odorless;
Can be used with or without secondary dressing;
StrataXRT is recommended for children and people with sensitive skin.

Ingredients:
Polydimethylsiloxanes, siloxanes, alkylmethyl silicones.

Precautions:
For external use only!
• Avoid contact with eyes
• StrataXRT should not be applied on top of other treatments without the prior authorization of the doctor.
• If not completely dry, StrataXRT can stain clothes. In this case, the stains can be removed by dry cleaning, without affecting the fabric.
• For proper storage, close the tube tightly with the cap after use.
• In the event of a skin infection or if the radiodermatitis does not heal after 30 days, consult your doctor immediately.
• In case of skin irritation, stop the treatment and consult the attending physician.
• It is not recommended in case of exudative, tunneled wounds or 3rd degree burns.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiration date (EXP) written on the tube. The expiry date (EXP) does not change after opening the tube.
• Do not use if the tube is damaged.
