Description
Supplement for dogs and cats with chronic renal failure Pronefra, 60 ml, Virbac
Properties:
- it is characterized by 5 special ingredients: calcium and magnesium carbonate decrease the availability of phosphorus by binding it in the intestinal tract;
- chitosan is known to bind uremic toxins in the intestine;
- astragalus polysaccharides help maintain normal renal architecture by reducing the progression of fibrotic changes;
- marine oligopeptides support the maintenance of a balanced blood pressure.
How to use:
With food or near the time of feeding.
Cat: 1 ml/4 kg, twice a day.
Dog: 1 ml/5 kg twice a day.
Indications:
In chronic renal failure to support renal function.
Active substances:
Calcium carbonate 3.6%;
Magnesium carbonate 0.95%;
Chitosan 0.95%;
Polysaccharides from Astragalus 9.5%;
Marine oligopeptides.
Excipients:
Fatty acids esterified with glycerol, meat and animal derivatives (poultry), astragalus powder concentrated in polysaccharides (3.6%), hydrolysed fish protein.
Analytical composition:
Fat 63.7%, protein 7.7%, ash 4.9%, fiber 0%.
Target species:
Dogs, cats.
Contraindications:
Pronefra may not be suitable for some elderly or medically treated animals with a specific digestive sensitivity related to their health status.
In case of regurgitation, it is recommended to administer with caution - by temporarily reducing the amount of the product for a few days.
