Description
Swanson ® Soy Lecithin is a food supplement based on soy lecithin, enclosed in gel capsules. Each of them contains 1200 mg of lecithin to supplement the daily diet of adults with a valuable ingredient of natural origin.
Where is lecithin found?
Lecithin is an important component of almost every cell in the human body. Chemically, lecithin is a mixture of different fatty compounds, including: phospholipids, i.e. compounds made of fatty acids and glycerol and phosphoric acid with a choline molecule attached. Naturally, lecithin is found in high concentrations in soybeans, egg yolk, canola and sunflower. Swanson® Capsules are an excellent way to provide the body with lecithin.
The recommended daily dose of the preparation is 3 softgel capsules with a high content of non-GMO soy lecithin. One pack of 180 capsules of Swanson® Lecithin 1200 mg dietary supplement will last two months of daily use.
