Active ingredients for 1 blue tablet: dry extract of passion flower flowers 90 mg (containing 1.8 mg of flavonoids - vitexin), dry extract of hawthorn leaves and flowers 50 mg (containing 1 mg of flavonoids), dry extract of flowers of hops (which contains 0.05 mg of flavonoids), dry extract of verbena flowers 50 mg, dry extract of green tea leaves 50 mg (which contains L-theanine 10 mg).

How to use : It is recommended to take a yellow tablet in the morning with breakfast and a blue tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.
