Ingredients:
Sage leaves (Salvia officinalis L.)

Way of ussage:
Internally: infusion - pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the plant. The dish is covered and left to rest for 10-15 minutes, after which it is strained. Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, unsweetened, an hour before the main meals.
External: concentrated infusion of 2-4 tablespoons of the plant in 250 ml of boiling water. The dish is covered and left to rest for 10-15 minutes, after which it is strained. External use: washes, compresses, gargle.
Contraindications:
Hypertension, renal failure, epilepsy, in pregnant and lactating women.
