Composition:
The rhizomes of the sedum plant – Rhizoma Calam.
Active principles:
Volatile oil with azarone, pinene, eugenol, calamol, tannin, bitter substances, resins, sugars, mucilages, mineral salts, vitamins B1 and C.
Properties:
Stimulant of gastrointestinal secretions, gastrointestinal antispasmodic, carminative, choleretic, sedative, antianemic, anthelmintic, antiepileptic, nerve tonic; slightly sedative.
Recommendations:
Internal: indigestion, slow digestion, bloating, gastrointestinal colic, anorexia, biliary dyskinesia, neurovegetative dystonia, metabolic disorders, gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer, abdominal pain, favors the evacuation of intestinal gases, insomnia, convalescence.
Administration method:
Internally: infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of the plant to a cup of boiling water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups of unsweetened tea a day, one hour before the main meals.
Contraindications:
It is not recommended to consume obligeana for pregnant women, those who are breastfeeding, children. This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
