Way of ussage:
1. Before the measurement process, it must be checked whether the liquid column is at least below 36 °C. 2. Clean the thermometer before and after use. Follow the cleaning instructions below.
3. Position the thermometer on the body according to the type of measurement (axillary, rectal, oral).
4. After at least 4 minutes the medical thermometer took the body temperature. The measuring liquid in the measuring capillary of the thermometer shows the measured body temperature on the temperature scale. Reading the temperature can be made easier by turning the thermometer slightly in both directions. 5. After the measurement, the indicator liquid must be brought back to at least 36 °C. For this purpose, hold the thermometer at the far end and shake it at least 15-20 times.

Option: Easy flip – shaking equipment (included in the package)

Easy flip makes it easy to return the measuring liquid from your Geratherm classic thermometer with substantially less shaking effort.

Easy flip instructions for use:
1. Insert the thermometer into the Easy flip.
2. Check the fixing of the thermometer in both supports.
3. Hold the easy flip by the handle between your thumb and forefinger.
4. Now shake the thermometer with short, strong movements in both directions until the liquid is brought back below 36 °C.
