Chimbrisor tea, 50 g, Stef Mar Valcea
Active principles:
Volatile oil, borneol, cineol, bitter principle - serpilin.
Action:
Intestinal antiseptic, carminative, choleretic, diuretic, expectorant and cough center sedative, aperitif and stomachic tonic, nerve stimulant, vermifuge, pain reliever, capillary tonic.
Major recommendations:
Bronchitis, asthma, spastic cough, whooping cough.
Other recommendations:
Internal - dyspepsia, enterocolitis, bloating, anorexia, helminthiasis, asthenia, spring anemia.
Externally - sciatic, rheumatic, gouty pains, purulent wounds, capillary hygiene, oral hygiene.
Method of preparation and administration:
Internally - infusion to a cup of 250 ml boiling water, add 1-2 teaspoons of chopped herb, leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
External - local baths with concentrated infusion (30 - 50 g per liter) which can also be used as mouthwash.
Contraindications:
It is not recommended to take chamomile tea during pregnancy. It can hasten the birth. It is contraindicated for people suffering from severe pancreatic or gastric insufficiency.
