Urimil Move contains: 11 g of Naticol®/ enzymatically hydrolyzed collagen from fish and nervonic acid, which is an omega-9, long-chain monounsaturated fatty acid, a structural component of the nervous system and muscles. Naticol®/enzymatically hydrolyzed fish collagen has high purity and bioavailability, providing dipeptides and tripeptides for collagen formation in the human body. Naticol® is easily digested and absorbed, making it suitable for physically active people. Collagen is part of muscles, joint cartilage, intervertebral discs, bones, tendons, internal organs, skin, hair and nails. Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide that is normally found in connective tissue and participates in the lubrication of cartilage and joints. Chondroitin sulfate with 90% chondroitin content is a structural component of articular cartilage.

Magnesium and Vitamin D contribute to maintaining the health of the bone system.

How to use : 1 sachet per day, before the main meal (before the most caloric meal). Place the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (approximately 100-200 ml), stir and consume the suspension immediately without allowing it to settle. If it settles, add a little more water and drink. For active athletes, consumption is recommended before the main meal, after physical activity. A break of 5 days after the 25th day of each month is recommended.

A three-month course is recommended. Afterwards, the product can be consumed, after a longer break of 15-30 days, for another three-month cure.
