Description
Vegan source of omega fatty acids DHA and EPA - made from microalgae. Beneficial for children and adults. The manufacturer recommends Opti 3 for children of all ages. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, normal vision and the normal development of the eyes and brain of the fetus in breastfed children (a beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 200 mg of DHA per day in addition to the daily recommended dose. omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA).
Dosage
For best results, we recommend taking 2 capsules daily with food and a glass of water. You can take the capsules simultaneously or separately. Capsules can be perforated for people who have trouble swallowing tablets, for infants and young children. You can consume the contents of the capsules directly or mix them with food.

Opti3 Complex (oils from microalgae, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), antioxidants (rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), cholecalciferol, capsule shell (modified starch, vegan glycerol, carrageenan).
