Properties:

Amalaki or Amla - the Indian gooseberry - is one of the most important medicinal plants in the traditional Indian system of medicine, Ayurveda. Amalaki fruits have been used since ancient times, both for medicinal and food purposes. They contain major amounts of Vitamin C, minerals and amino acids. The fruit is a powerful antioxidant, used to support the immune system.
Amalaki is the only food that contains five of the six essential tastes: sour, sweet, bitter, pungent and astringent. It just lacks the salty taste. This is a valuable property because a balanced diet contains all the tastes at every meal to create optimal health.

- amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica) - extract with 17% vitamin C from fruits (300 mg); sea ​​buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) - fruit extract (200 mg); lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum) (5 mg); essential oil of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) (5 mg); sweetener - compressible sugar; bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents - vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.
One tablet provides 51 mg of vitamin C (64% of the NRV*).
The daily dose provided is between 153mg (192% of the NRV) and 459mg (576% of the NRV*).

Administration method:
Children between 3 and 7 years: 1-2 puffs 3 times a day.
Children between 7 and 15 years: 2-3 puffs 3 times a day.
Adults and young people over 15 years: 3-4 puffs 3 times a day.

Contraindications:
Intolerance to any of the product components.

Precautions:
People with diabetes must reduce from their daily diet the equivalent of carbohydrates (carbohydrates) corresponding to the amount of sugar in the tablets (one tablet contains 620 mg of sugar).
