Acerola fruit, also known as tropical cherry or Puerto Rican cherry, has the highest content of vitamin C. Acerola fruit also contains provitamin A, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, magnesium, potassium. Compared to 100 g of oranges, which contain 50 mg of vitamin C, the same amount of acerola contains from 1500 to 5000 mg of vitamin C.

Sea buckthorn fruits provide an important intake of vitamins (C, A, B1, B2, B6, B9, D, E, P, PP) and essential fatty acids. They give quick results in recovery after physical and intellectual effort, reduce the duration of convalescence after illness. They increase the body's resistance to infections and prevent cell degradation through the strong antioxidant effect.

Rose hips are highly valued for their rich content of vitamin C (500-1000 mg%), carotenoids, vitamins A, B1, B2, E, P, PP and K. Rose hips have 40-50% more vitamin C than lemon and 60% more than grapefruit.

Lemon essential oil is a leukocyte stimulant, increasing the body's defense against infections.
