Mode of use
Take 1 chewable tablet per day. The tablet is chewed (do not swallow) or swallowed with a little water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
Daily administration is recommended for 5 to 18 months or 90 consecutive days and then 7 days before the start of menstruation.
Warning: The product is intended for adult women. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources. Do not use if packaging is damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not use in case of allergy or suspicion of allergy to any component of the product. Excessive use may have laxative effects. Do not use at the same time as hormonal contraception.
