B 50 is available in several forms, adapted to different preferences and needs: capsules or tablets for oral administration.

The capsule form is the most common, easy to take daily; for example, Complex Vitamine B-50 from Now Foods, 100 vegetarian capsules, or B-50 Methyl from Pharmovit, 120 capsules.

The tablet form is found in premium variants, such as Mega B-50 with folate and methylcobalamin (60 tablets), Vitaking.

B 50 administration is recommended in multiple clinical and physiological situations:

• Supporting energy metabolism – vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6 contribute to the conversion of nutrients into energy.
• Maintaining nervous system health – B1, B6, B12, folate, and choline are essential for neurotransmission and psychological balance.

• Antacids – may reduce the absorption of vitamin B12

Although most B vitamins are water-soluble and excess amounts are eliminated in the urine, taking very high doses over a long period of time can cause adverse effects:

• peripheral neuropathies (vitamin B6);
• hepatotoxicity (niacin);
