It is a composition of bioavailable organic calcium , an active and stable form of vitamin K and vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol obtained from lanolin . In addition, vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting , and vitamin D helps maintain proper calcium levels in the blood, aids in the proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and aids in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients: Calcium (calcium salts of citric acid); capsule shell: gelatin; vitamin K (menaquinone); vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Daily Portion: Take 3 capsules once a day. Drink water (250 ml).
