• To take the measurement, sit straight with your back on a chair. The hand must be placed on the table.
• Do not move or cross your legs during the measurement.
• It is recommended to save the measurement results.

How to use

How to use the Novama ^® WristHome blood pressure monitor?

• Before starting the measurement, read the instructions for use carefully.
• The pressure measured on the left wrist may naturally differ from the right, so to be able to compare the results, the measurements must be taken on the same hand.
• Remove any clothing or jewelry that may interfere with the measurement.
• Sit comfortably at the table with your feet on the floor.
• Hold your wrist out in front of you with your palm facing your face.
• Place the cuff so that the display is facing you. The cuff should fit your arm snugly but not pinch it. Place it about 0.5-1 cm from your wrist.
• Place your elbow on a stable surface with your palm facing up and raise your wrist so that the cuff is at heart level.
• Relax your left hand and press the START button. The device will turn on and perform a self-test, then the actual measurement will begin. While the heart rate is being detected, a pulsating heart symbol will appear on the screen.
• Once the measurement is complete, the screen will display the blood pressure and heart rate results. The hypertension index will classify them in the range according to WHO guidelines. The measurement result will be saved automatically.
• Stop blood pressure. Otherwise, the device will automatically turn off after about 2 minutes of inactivity.
