Sweetener Premium Icing Green Sugar, 450 g, Remedia
Properties:
- 100% natural sweetener, with zero calories and zero glycemic index;
- the extract of Stevia Rebaudiana contains Rebaudioside M, a component that has a taste very close to that of sugar and a sweetening power up to 300 times greater than that of sugar, but without calories;
- it can be used in weight loss programs or as part of a balanced and healthy diet, it can be used by people suffering from diabetes, phenylketonuria, irritable bowel syndrome and fermentation colitis;
- can be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- does not contain gluten, sugar, preservatives, dyes, synthetic or genetically modified ingredients.
Way of ussage:
It is used in the preparation of sweets (it is ideal for dusting cakes and preparing glazes, creams or other sweets that require a fine granulation) and sweetening drinks (tea, coffee, juices). It is stable to baking, boiling or freezing and does not ferment. Double the sweetening power of sugar 1 teaspoon of Green Sugar Premium 1:2 = 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Ingredients:
Mixture of high purity Stevia Rebaudiana (RebM max.4%) (obtained by treating Stevia leaves with hot water) and Erythritol (the first natural polyol obtained from non-genetically modified corn, by fermentation with Moniella pollinis yeast – patented process).
Storage conditions:
At temperatures below 25°C, away from moisture and light.
