Dosage
2 capsules per day. Drink plenty of water and ideally use before meals. The time of day does not affect the effect. Capsules should be swallowed whole, not chewed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children and teenagers. This nutritional supplement is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep in a dark, cool and dry place, not in the bathroom (the temperature should not exceed 25 °C). Keep out of reach of children. When combining with drugs, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
