ProHumano

The ProHumano range is available in capsules and sachets, each variant tailored to a specific physiological purpose and optimal compliance in administration.

ProHumano SpineDinamic is designed to support the nervous system and contains capsules with nucleotides, B-complex vitamins and vitamin D3, packaged in boxes of 30 capsules, for a standard one-month course of treatment. 

ProHumano ArtroDinamic is designed to support the joints and contains sachets with hydrolysed collagen, plant-based D-glucosamine, hyaluronic acid, Terminalia chebula extract and vitamin C, in packs of 30 sachets for daily use. 

ProHumano Stress Defense is available in capsules, formulated with adaptogenic extracts and vitamin B6, which act on stress factors and neuropsychological fatigue.

ProHumano ArtroDinamic is recommended as a dietary supplement to support joint health, particularly in cases of reduced cartilage elasticity, repeated mechanical stress or age-related degenerative processes. 

ProHumano Spine Dinamic is recommended for adults experiencing increased cognitive demands, feelings of neuromuscular fatigue, functional neuropathic discomfort, or periods of recovery following overexertion. 

ProHumano StressDefense is recommended in situations of psychological stress, exhaustion, reduced concentration, mild sleep disturbances or reduced physical and mental performance, thanks to the adaptogenic effect of Rhodiola rosea and Withania somnifera.

For ProHumano SpineDinamic, the recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, administered to adults, preferably at the same time each day, with a glass of water. 

ProHumano joint sachets should be taken at a dose of 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, to ensure adequate absorption of the water-soluble components. 

ProHumano StressDefense should be taken by adults at a dose of 1 capsule per day. It is recommended not to exceed the indicated daily dose.

ProHumano is contraindicated for people with known hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients. The joint formula contains fish derivatives and is therefore contraindicated for people allergic to fish. 

StressDefense ProHumano is not recommended for children, people with autoimmune diseases, or pregnant or breastfeeding women, due to its content of adaptogenic extracts.

ProHumano is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 

Regular intake, for periods of at least 4 weeks, is essential to achieve the functional benefits, particularly in the case of joint and neural support. 

Caution is advised for people with chronic conditions or those undergoing complex drug treatments; it is therefore advisable to consult a specialist before use.

In general, ProHumano is well tolerated when taken as recommended. 

Mild digestive disturbances, such as abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting or a feeling of fullness, may occasionally occur, particularly at the start of treatment.

No significant drug interactions have been reported, but caution is advised when administered concomitantly with anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antidiabetics or medicines that act on the central nervous system. 

Administration with food is permitted and may improve gastrointestinal tolerability.

Exceeding the recommended daily dose may increase the risk of adverse reactions, particularly gastrointestinal or autonomic nervous system reactions. In the event of accidental administration of high doses, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult a doctor.

ProHumano products must be stored in their original packaging, at temperatures between 15 and 25 °C, protected from light and excessive heat. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Best used before the expiry date shown on the packaging.
