Altrifer est un complément alimentaire à base de fer et de vitamine C - une forme spécialement conçue pour favoriser l'absorption du fer par l'organisme. Il est indiqué en cas de carence en fer et lorsque les aliments contenant du fer ne sont pas consommés en quantité suffisante.
