A very good product—the whole family uses it every day

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and am very pleased with the results. I chose this product because it contains magnesium citrate, a form that’s easily absorbed, and vitamin B6 is in its active form, P-5-P, which is an advantage over many other supplements. After about two weeks, I noticed a reduction in muscle cramps and a greater overall sense of relaxation, especially in the evening. The tablets are easy to take, and the 180-tablet supply offers excellent value for the duration of use. It did not cause me any stomach discomfort, which is important for people who are sensitive to magnesium supplements. The packaging is practical and allows for accurate dosing. I believe this is a suitable product for active people, for those dealing with fatigue, stress, or muscle cramps who are looking for an effective and well-balanced formula. I recommend this supplement for the quality of its ingredients and the effectiveness I’ve observed with daily use.

After using it... I need to change my approach—the product is still there... But on the other hand, the tablets aren't easy to swallow—they're very big and very hard... :-(( In short, the form definitely needs to be redesigned to be more flexible—for example, a powder capsule!?

It's always in my drawer; I tolerate this form very well, and I use it regularly to relieve stress and physical fatigue.

The value for money is very good... but it's still a bit too early to say how effective it is... However, the size and shape of the tablet are too hard...! and difficult to swallow... (You could put it in round, soft gel capsules, for example...)

This product is diluted in water and does not come in capsule form, but is easy to ingest nonetheless. Very clean composition with no unnecessary additives or enhancers, at a very good price. Highly recommended!

I loved the description of this magnesium and purchased it with enthusiasm. I was thinking of taking a classic magnesium supreme with hot water. I do not doubt the validity of this magnesium, but in fact it does not dissolve easily and is not very pleasant to taste. Accustomed with the taste to magnesium supreme this unfortunately I do not tolerate it and, I found it difficult to make it dissolve. So I did not use it much to my regret. Now it sits there in the cupboard and I don't know how I can use it.
